Yo, Is This Racist?

Anonymous asked: Yo, I have a friend who's trying to adopt a daughter from Korea, and everything she says about this process is FUCKING RACIST. She is completely fetishizing little Korean girls and talking about this process like she's buying a baby doll. I keep asking her if she's ever read anything about transracial adoption from a transracial adoptees' POV and she keeps ignoring me. Should I end this friendship? Or should I stick around to support her future daughter?

Jesus, this question is depressing as fuck. All I can say is that kid is probably going to go through some unnecessary pain, but will turn out basically ok, but man, :(
